autopilot is the actual business automations: the paths, the flow, the master plan, the engine, the radar, all of it. This is its crew. Each bot has a callsign, a job, a shift, and its own instruction sheet, plus what it can do alone and what it always asks a human for first.
FIRST OFFICER
bricks and mortar
WHENEVER THE CAPTAIN IS AROUND
The one the Captain talks to directly. Builds the pages, wires the systems, writes the instruction sheets for every other bot.
Alone: code, pages, private docs, the Board.
Asks first: deploys to live settings, accounts, anything that spends or posts.
EVERY HOUR AT :21
Takes the Captain's cryptic radio calls, decodes them, and slots them. Big stuff goes to the Board with a finish line and a path. Small stuff goes to the bots.
Alone: Board items, drafts, tweaks to another bot's sheet once approved.
Asks first: changes to schedules, anything public, money.
EVERY HOUR AT :51
Looks at the last hour and writes one plain sentence about what moved. Idle hours get an idle line. Forever.
Alone: add a line to the engine log.
Never: rewrites old lines. Infinite is the point.
BRIEF
the morning walk-around
EVERY MORNING
Who's waiting on whom, what moved yesterday, and today's three: one scaffolding move, one visual move, one content move.
Alone: write the morning report.
Asks first: everything it suggests. It checks each one is doable first.
EVERY NIGHT
Sees the whole day at once. The logbook, a whimsy counter, abandoned scaffolding worth a second look, and one honest read on how on-brand the day was.
Alone: private logs and training notes for future bots.
Asks first: anything outside its own files.
EVERY MONDAY
Refreshes the big numbers on the consulting page, and only ships them if the sanity checks pass.
Alone: update the numbers file.
Never: posts anything, or types a password.
